Our construction company "DOMKRIT" was established in 2005.

Director - Zhurikov Viktor Vladimirovich received higher education in Lviv (Ukraine) in 1984, specializing in civil engineer. After graduating from the institute, he went to the Zakarpattia region to the Kirov collective farm, where he worked as a chief engineer until 1987. Later he moved to Lviv, where he worked at the Lenin plant as a civil engineer until 1989. 1989 Viktor Vladimirovich created a small enterprise "Smith" for the production of building materials: foundation blocks, cinder blocks, floor slabs, paving slabs. Since mid-1998, Viktor and his family moved to Greece for permanent residence on the island of Crete in the village of Plaka, where he still lives. All these years, Viktor Vladimirovich has been working in construction, constantly improving his professional level, in-depth studying new construction technologies and legal issues related to the profession.

Over the years of living in Crete, under the leadership of Viktor Vladimirovich and his direct participation, many housing projects were built and restored.

In 2013, on the basis of an existing construction company, we opened the DOMKRIT real estate agency. This is a family company and now there are three of us working: Viktor Vladimirovich is a civil engineer, his wife Natalia is an architect by profession and our daughter Anna (she received two degrees in Greece - the first technical school in the specialty of a builder, the second education, higher education - a designer).

Thanks to the professional knowledge and personal qualities of Viktor Vladimirovich, the agency is developing and prospering. DOMKRIT agency is distinguished by an individual approach and careful attitude to the needs and desires of the client.

As a construction company, we provide customers with services for the design, construction and supervision of construction projects in compliance with building codes and regulations, deadlines, quality of services and work. As

a real estate agency, we very carefully check the legal purity of the property before the sale, carefully monitor all stages of the transaction and provide comprehensive support and the after-sales period.

Knowledge of 5 languages ​​(English, Greek, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish) allows us to easily communicate with clients, and professional knowledge – to do our job efficiently.

Since moving to Greece, that is, for 22 years, we have been permanently living in the village of Plaka and are respected by Greek society. That is why we have many Greek clients and, as a result, a large number of land plots and ancient Greek houses for sale. The

second member of our team, daughter Anna Viktorovna, is proactive, tactful, positive and has a sense of humor. She has people at her disposal and can conduct complex negotiations. These personal qualities and excellent knowledge of English attract English-speaking clients to us – and, as a result, we have a large selection of villas for sale.
